About animal studies
Australians are increasingly treating their pets as members of the family which is driving demand for grooming, training, boarding, walking, and minding services. The trend is set to continue with Australians spending an estimated $8 billion per year on products and services for their pets.
The animal services industry covers a range of roles working with dogs, cats, birds and native wildlife. Our animal studies courses include animal nutrition, hygiene, care, health and grooming, as well as the business and administration side of the industry. You’ll also gain animal handling and customer service skills in our open to the public dog-grooming centre.
