Selection criteria

This is a Post Trade Course

To complete this course you must hold an Arctick Full RAC (1) Licence and be qualified in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

If you have completed Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration under a previous program code or MEM program you may still enrol into this course. (May be subject to trade verification).

Students must either supply a copy of their Year 12 Certificate issued by the state certifying body in the state you completed year 12 or undertake a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment by the first course census date.

Resources required

It is recommended that you have access to a reliable internet connection to access TAFE Queensland's online learning system Connect, and a computer with up-to-date software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader. This equipment and software is available for use at all TAFE Queensland locations.

You will be provided with a recommended reading list and/or required textbooks during orientation or at the start of each unit. The purchase of these resources may incur additional costs, or you may be able to borrow them from the TAFE Queensland library network.
