Training restaurant and cafe
Palmers training restaurant and cafe gives our hospitality students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world environment. While our cookery students are busy in the kitchen, our hospitality students manage the front-of-house, preparing and serving food and beverages to paying customers. You'll learn the workings of a real restaurant and cafe in state-of-the-art facilities under the guidance of industry-experienced teachers.
Video conferencing facilities
We want to support our students no matter where they are or what study mode they prefer. Our Whitsundays campus brings our teachers into campus with our state-of-the-art video conferencing facilities. These training facilities are designed to provide tutorial support to students who are studying externally. With our virtual training rooms you can speak directly to your teacher, no matter how far away you are, and interact with your classmates in a real-time environment.
